Founded by Bassy Schwartz, Core helps people heal not just as individuals, but as part of the families and relationships that shape them. That means we’re equipped to work with every member of the family—through individual, couples, child, or family therapy—all under one aligned, systemic approach.
As the practice continued to grow, the brand needed to reflect the level it was already operating on—and where it was ready to go. Bassy came to me at a point where the work was strong, but the messaging wasn’t fully carrying it. The next phase of the brand called for something more defined, more intentional, and more aligned with how she actually shows up in the room. The goal was to express CORE in a way that felt accurate, grounded, and immediately recognizable to the right people.
We started with strategy, narrowing down what made Core Relationships truly distinctive. This was never about generic therapy language or broad emotional messaging. The practice had built its foundation on real, system-based work—understanding patterns, navigating family dynamics, and helping clients access something deeper than surface-level change. The brand needed to reflect that. We shaped the messaging around what clients were actually coming for: clarity, connection, emotional understanding, and a way to finally make sense of what’s been keeping them stuck.

Grounded Human Support That Gets To The Root
From there, we built out the full messaging system—language, positioning, taglines, and a social media strategy she could consistently show up with. The tone became more direct, more human, and more grounded in real conversation. Less clinical. Less softened. More reflective of how sessions actually feel. We also created a content framework rooted in real client experiences and recurring dynamics, so she always knows what to say and how to say it.
What came out of it is a brand that reflects the level of work being done. One that feels aligned with how Core Relationships operates—clear, thoughtful, and grounded in something real. And within a few months, that clarity translated. The practice became fully booked. Awareness grew. And most importantly, there was a clear understanding—internally and externally—of who Core Relationships is and who it’s for.
