The Strategy Behind the Brand

Building the Next Era of Aidel’s Fitness

Aidel’s already had what most fitness studios spend years trying to create: women genuinely loved being there. The classes were strong, the energy felt real, and the community around the studio had grown naturally over time. But as the business expanded into a new Pilates studio and a more elevated studio experience overall, the brand needed to rise with it.

Boutique Fitness Brand Strategy Rooted in Real Experience

The strategy phase focused on understanding what actually made Aidel’s different in a saturated fitness market. This was never a copy-and-paste Pilates brand built around trends or minimal beige wellness culture. Women were coming to Aidel’s because the classes delivered, the atmosphere felt good, and the space gave them somewhere to show up for themselves.

We built the messaging around that emotional reality: strong workouts, warm energy, high standards, and a fitness experience that felt welcoming without losing its edge. The tagline “Everything Goes” became an anchor point for the entire brand direction — capturing both movement and mindset.

Pilates Studio Visual Identity & Brand Design

From there, we developed a visual identity system that reflected the next chapter of the business. The direction pulled heavily from the interiors of the new Pilates studio: grounded greens, earthy warmth, soft movement, and subtle architectural influence.

The goal was to create a boutique fitness brand identity that felt elevated without becoming cold or overly polished. Feminine, mature, welcoming, and quietly confident.

We also explored movement inside the branding itself — creating forms and logo concepts inspired by flow, posture, and energy rather than leaning into literal fitness visuals. The result feels refined, recognizable, and deeply connected to the actual experience of walking into the studio.

Fitness Studio Messaging, Positioning & Brand Cohesion

One of the biggest strategic decisions was making sure Pilates felt like a natural evolution of the brand rather than a disconnected sub-brand trying to become something else entirely.

Everything — from the messaging to the website direction to the future app experience — was designed to feel cohesive under one recognizable identity. The brand now has clearer positioning across classes, personal training, Pilates, and the broader studio experience without losing the personality women already loved.

A More Elevated Brand Experience Built to Grow

What came out of working together was more than a new logo or visual refresh. Aidel’s walked away with a stronger brand foundation for growth — one capable of expanding across studio spaces, digital experiences, marketing, merchandise, signage, and future launches while still feeling unmistakably personal.

And people feel the difference. The new identity added another layer of excitement and presence around the business. There’s a stronger sense of belonging around the brand now — a feeling that women genuinely want to be part of what Aidel’s is building.

Shani understood exactly what my business needed and brought it to life with clarity and care.

Shani really got me. She understood what I offer, the tone I wanted my business to carry, and the balance I needed as I expanded. I came to her looking for a brand that felt dynamic yet inclusive, and she found that balance so beautifully. The whole process felt smooth, organized, and professional, even on a very fast timeline before a busy holiday. What I valued most was how clearly she helped me understand and define what I offer my customers. Seeing it all come together gave me so much clarity, and we’ve already been able to bring the brand to life through a new website and app.
